Vanities & Countertops questions
How much does vanities & countertops cost?▸
The typical Northern Virginia reference range is $2,500–$8,000. Sized and installed to fit your bathroom's footprint and storage needs. Your price depends on scope, materials and site conditions. Request an estimate for a number specific to your project.
Who actually does the work?▸
Bathroom Brigade is a division of Kenney Construction — the same licensed, insured, and bonded company (VA DPOR #2705187519) handles the work, not a subcontracted third party.
What areas do you serve?▸
Herndon, Reston, Great Falls, McLean, Vienna, Ashburn, Sterling, Aldie, Oakton, Chantilly, Centreville, and South Riding, Virginia.
What are your hours?▸
Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Do you provide written estimates?▸
Yes — every project gets a written scope so you know what's included before work starts.
How long does a bathroom remodel typically take?▸
Timeline depends on scope — a full remodel takes longer than a single-fixture update like a vanity swap. We'll give you a project-specific timeline as part of your estimate.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical, or do I need to hire someone else?▸
Bathroom Brigade handles plumbing and electrical work as part of the project directly — you don't need to hire a separate plumber or electrician.
What's the difference between a tub-to-shower conversion and a full remodel?▸
A tub-to-shower conversion replaces just the tub or shower — framing, waterproofing, tile, and fixtures for that one area. A full remodel changes the layout, tile, vanity, and fixtures throughout the whole bathroom.
How do I request a bathroom estimate?▸
Call (703) 731-9208 or submit the online estimate form and we'll follow up to schedule a time.
